A counter-notice should identify the removed material and former location, state under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, consent to applicable U.S. federal court jurisdiction, accept service from the complainant, and include your signature and contact details. We may restore material as permitted by law after forwarding it.
