• Account and profile details, login identifiers, and support communications.
• Media, project files, timelines, transcripts, comments, prompts, exports, sharing settings, and associated metadata.
• Usage, device, browser, IP address, logs, diagnostics, and security events.
• If paid checkout opens, Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, payment status, country, and payment-method type; we do not store full card numbers.

We use information to provide the Services and perform our contract; secure accounts and prevent fraud; respond to support; improve reliability and features; enforce policies; and comply with tax, accounting, and legal duties. Where required, we rely on consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose information only as needed to hosting, storage, content-delivery, authentication, transcription, AI, payment, observability, security, and support providers; professional advisers; transaction counterparties; or authorities and affected parties where law, safety, or rights protection requires it. Providers are contractually restricted to authorized processing.

We keep project content while your account or project requires it, subject to deletion controls and documented feature limits. Deleted data may remain temporarily in restricted backups and fraud, billing, security, or audit records. Billing and tax records may be kept for up to seven years or longer where required. We delete or de-identify other data when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Interview clips (/clips): the uploaded source video and the generated clips are deleted 7 days after upload, or immediately when you press Delete.

We are based in the United States and providers may process data in other countries. We use lawful transfer safeguards where required. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent, and may appeal a denial or complain to a regulator. Email support@xiaojins.com; we may verify your identity and retain data where an exception applies.

CutHub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We will post Policy updates with a new effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes.
