Refund Policy

CutHub paid checkout is not currently open, so this website should not create a paid CutHub charge. If you believe you were charged, contact us immediately with your account email, date, amount, and payment or invoice identifier. Never send a full card number.

Except where law requires otherwise, subscription charges and used service quotas will be non-refundable. Contact support@xiaojins.com within seven days for an accidental duplicate or unauthorized charge, or a verified failure where we did not deliver the purchased service and could not correct it. Approved refunds return to the original method. Cancellation alone will not retroactively refund the current paid period.

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or warranty rights in your jurisdiction.
