Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and YK TECH INC, 3858 Walnut Street, Denver, Colorado 80205, United States ("YK TECH," "we," or "us"). They govern CutHub websites, accounts, video-project tools, transcription, AI-assisted editing, collaboration, exports, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Some CutHub features and paid tiers are previews, beta features, or not yet open for purchase. A displayed preview is not an offer to sell. We may change or discontinue features, limits, providers, or previews. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes to an active paid service when practicable.

You retain ownership of media, timelines, project files, comments, transcripts, prompts, and outputs you submit or create. You grant us a limited worldwide license to host, copy, transform, transcribe, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services. You must have all necessary rights and consents.

AI and transcription output may be inaccurate, incomplete, mistimed, or unsuitable. Review output before publishing or relying on it. The Services do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Interview clips (/clips) is a free preview with a daily limit. Transcription for it is billed to your own readvideo account at readvideo's prices. You must hold the rights to the interview you upload and the consent of the people who appear in it.

CutHub paid checkout is not currently open. If we open a paid subscription, the checkout will show the price, currency, taxes, and billing cadence before purchase. By subscribing, you will authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method at purchase and automatically on each renewal date until cancellation. We will provide an account billing page, billing notices, invoices or receipts, and Stripe Customer Portal access before paid sales open.

When subscriptions become available, you may turn off renewal through Account → Subscription → Manage billing. Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and non-waivable law. Project, transcription, AI, storage, or collaboration quotas are service-use limits, not money or stored value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

You must follow the Acceptable Use and Copyright Policies. We may remove content, restrict processing, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, legal compliance, or a material policy breach.

The Services, software, interface, trademarks, and documentation belong to YK TECH or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, or accuracy. YK TECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for CutHub during the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Colorado law governs these Terms, and courts in Denver, Colorado have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date and giving reasonable notice of material changes. Contact support@xiaojins.com.
