Billing FAQ

What's the difference between Basic and Creator Pro?

Basic plan includes basic project quota and transcription time, suitable for getting started. Creator Pro unlocks more projects, higher ASR time, and more AI command quotas for professional creators.

Can I cancel anytime?

Paid checkout is not open yet, so there is currently no CutHub charge to cancel. Before sales open, subscribers will be able to turn off renewal in Stripe Customer Portal and retain access through the paid period.

What payment methods are supported?

No payment method is currently accepted on this page. When paid plans launch, eligible card payments will be processed by Stripe.

Can I get an invoice?

There are no paid CutHub invoices yet. When checkout opens, invoices and receipts will be available through the account billing page and Stripe Customer Portal.

How do I purchase the Studio enterprise plan?

Studio is a custom, pre-launch offering. Email support@xiaojins.com for scope and launch updates; no purchase is formed until both sides accept a written quote.
